I am Vanika, a pediatric sleep consultant, and a twin mom. Sleep is the most important aspect of my life, and I cannot give my best without adequate rest. I have 18-month-old twins, so I can relate with new parents on how the early months typically hinge on survival mode while running on minimal sleep.

However, once our kids were sleeping well, it felt like a whole new experience to parenting because now we are all getting enough rest as a family while my husband and I have the evenings to ourselves.

My program is not a one-size-fits-all because each child is unique, just as every home has its distinct nuances, dynamics, regimens, customs, practices, and traditions. Even my twins aren’t exactly the same in all aspects! Thus, I create a custom plan for individual clients based on their little one’s age, rest and active rhythms, and specific sleep issues. Together with the child’s parents or caregiver, I identify the child’s particular challenges and construct a personalized sleep training plan.
